General Conditions
- You can request an exchange within 14 days and a return within 7 business days of receiving your products.
- You must notify your return and exchange request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted if the product label has been removed.
- Returns or exchanges are not available for accessories and evening wear products.
- Shipping fees for exchanges and returns are the responsibility of the buyer. The shipping fee is 300 TL.
Refund Process
- Once the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7-15 business days.
- Depending on the bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your card.
Defective Product
- Defective products must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery date.
- Defective products will be replaced with new ones, and the shipping fee will be covered by us.
- Returns and exchanges are not available for damages caused by customer use.
