This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's website karzengiyim.com.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood all information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the products subject to the contract on the SELLER's website, and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.
- The product will be delivered to the BUYER within the period specified on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that the legal 30-day period is not exceeded.
- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the recipient's refusal to accept delivery.
- The SELLER may notify the BUYER of the situation and initiate order cancellation and refund procedures in cases where the fulfillment of the product or service performance subject to the order becomes impossible.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the contract to them or to the person/organization at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The product for which the right of withdrawal will be exercised must be suitable for re-sale, unused, and its original packaging must be intact.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
- For products specially prepared at the BUYER's request and customized for personal needs,
- For products whose return is not suitable for hygiene reasons, such as underwear bottoms, swimsuits, bikinis, and cosmetic products,
- If the product has been used or damaged, the right of withdrawal is considered invalid.
7. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this contract, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits declared by the Ministry of Commerce.
8. EFFECTIVENESS
This contract becomes valid after being read and accepted by the BUYER electronically.
